Sales made through our website are subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation, and the provisions of this law-regulation apply. Products you wish to return must meet the following conditions to ensure a quick completion of the transactions: You must contact us and notify us, according to the contact information on our website, about the product you wish to return. Products sent without return notification will be sent back to the customer. Return requests are not accepted if the product’s box labels applied by the importer or manufacturer are torn, or if the vacuum or gel packaging has been opened. Returns must be made within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date of the purchased product, with the packaging unopened, undamaged, and the product unused. Once the products have been removed from the original packaging and used, the 15-day return period does not apply, and the used product will not be accepted for return. Product return conditions are valid only if the product has not been used. According to Article 4 of the Consumer Protection Law: "Goods that do not meet the qualifications in the promotion and user manual, or advertisements, or that contain material, legal, or economic defects that reduce the expected benefits for the consumer regarding intended use, are considered defective goods. If the customer notifies the defective goods within 30 days from the date of delivery, they have the right to return the product, reduce the price, receive a free replacement, or free repair." To exercise the above rights by notifying defective goods: If the product’s features differ from those stated in its promotion, or if there are deficiencies in the advertised product that reduce the benefit expected by the customer, the product is considered defective. The customer must notify defective goods within 30 days. Upon notification of defective goods, the importer will determine whether there is user error by preparing a report. If it is determined to be user error, the customer cannot exercise legal rights. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL According to Article 8 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the customer “has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without any responsibility and without giving any reason, within fifteen days from the receipt of the goods.” Consequently, the customer has the right to return the product for any reason within 15 days of receipt. Customers exercising the right of withdrawal are responsible for the delivery cost and must return the product. The delivery cost for defective products is borne by the seller.
