Delivery and Returns

GENERAL

1. Placing an order through the website implies acceptance of the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188).
3. Delivery charges are to be borne by the buyer.
4. Each product will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days. In case of delay, buyers have the right to terminate the contract.
5. Products must be delivered complete, with all necessary documents (warranty certificate, user manual, etc.).
6. In case delivery is impossible, the seller must inform the buyer within 3 days and return the paid amount within 14 days.

IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID

If the buyer does not make the payment, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARDS

If unauthorized use of a credit card is discovered after delivery and the bank does not pay the seller, the buyer is obliged to return the product within 3 days at the seller’s expense.

IN CASE OF DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

In case of force majeure, the seller must inform the buyer. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product, or delay of delivery until the situation is resolved. In the case of cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

The buyer must inspect the product upon receipt and refuse damaged or defective goods. After delivery, the product must be kept in good condition if a return is desired.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason, by notifying the seller.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The product must be returned complete, with all accessories and necessary documents. The paid amount will be refunded within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.
